Brian Gray - Bad Habits FEATURED artist

Brian Gray is a emerging artist located in Jacksonville FL. Mr. Gray was born in Detroit MI where he was influenced by urban art work at a very early age. This had influenced his work to this date. "When I first saw graffiti and urban art work in Detroit I never even thought it was done by real people, there was always this mystery and magic behind the work. It was cool to just see images that were not there yesterday just pop up out of nowhere." Brian's work can be seen everywhere from NY, L.A., Miami, and in group show across the U.S. Brian describes his work best in his own words- "Fun, imaginative, and whimsical but, with a touch of the dark side that hides within." Brian is currently pursuing a degree in graphic arts and is an active member of Jacksonville's emerging arts community.

About his work for Bad Habits & Guilty Pleasures:
At first I was not sure how to tackle "Guilty Pleasures and Bad Habits". Should be easy right? Nose picking, smoking, burping, etc. I really didn't want to go that route. Then my father in law told me to tackle the seven cardinal sins. Thus, I came up with my own version of the classic seven deadly sins from early Christian teachings. Each one represents a bad habit or a guilty pleasure at its finest.
