Most of the products we sell are collectible/limited edition items and therefore, all sales are final.

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal as forms of payment.

FREE Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 USD to the 48 continental U.S. states. Yay! Once you complete your order and pick FREE shipping we will decide what is the best way to ship your order between FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, you cannot specify your preferred carrier or shipping service if you choose FREE shipping. Also, Please keep in mind that we do not offer free shipping on some items. Products that do not qualify for FREE shipping will be noted in their description.

Rolling Gift Certificates do not count towards FREE Shipping.

International Shipping
We will only ship international orders through United States Postal Service Global Express or United States Postal Service Priority International. If you have any questions email info@pinkghost.net Thank you :)

Damaged Items
Since most of our products are collectible, hand painted or assembled; minor defects or imperfections are very likely to occur.

We will only accept returns of damaged merchandise specifically if it is broken or missing parts. If you have damaged merchandise we will gladly take the damaged merchandise back and exchange it with the same product if it is still available. If the product is not available at time of return we will provide a refund.

To qualify for your refund we must receive your returned merchandise within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of your purchase.
